We just had Christmas dinner and I just wanted to let you know that your
turkey was the best we’ve ever had. The dark meat on the legs was
especially tender and amazing! We deconstructed the turkey, and so we
still have half of it in the freezer to cook another day and the bones
to make stock with.Thank you for farming the way you do, we all appreciate it and will continue to support you!

... I wanted to send you a note to say thank you.
- The turkey we had was the best we have had. This was the first time we had a fresh turkey, locally raised and it was so much more moist and flavorful than expected.
- Also, Krista gave me a discount for some soup bones and in my rush I forgot to say thank you - so thank you :) The soup bones were excellent as well.
- Beef burgers were as stated on your site. It did not shrink much and my husband who normally has 2 burgers had one as was stuffed to the gills. The family also noticed the firm texture and better flavour.
I am grateful that such your family makes your good food available to our community.

Above all, the integrity that you have for your business model and for yourselves comes across loud and clear; stick to your principles and don't "sell out." I started laughing when I saw the note for people not to call at night because you need to sleep LOL! I can only imagine how many requests you get from urbanites, families, millenials, trend-seekers, etc. You could spend your whole day on those calls rather than tending to your farm.
